When a customer contacts a business using Always On Call AI, they may receive automated SMS responses. Customers can opt out of future automated messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We process opt-out requests promptly. Opting out does not affect your ability to contact the business through other means.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
